Your appointment and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that, at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments and we want to make sure all our clients have an opportunity to get in to see us.
With respect to our groomers and our small business, we require that you provide a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or requests to reschedule.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the scheduled grooming service.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee your service can be provided and will try our best to reschedule for the next available appointment.
The purpose of this policy is to continue to operate with an efficient schedule to all our clients and our team members. Last minute cancellations and/or arriving late to your scheduled appointment directly affects the pay of our employees and/or places additional scheduling stressors on our team members.
It is highly recommended to rebook your next grooming service at check-out to get a day/time that works for your schedule, to eliminate last minute schedule changes.
